Are all your garments 100% handmade?
Most of our garments are 100% handmade and the few that aren't require little machine use.
Will the colors and patterns be exact to the product images displayed on your website?
Because most of our items are hand-dyed and handmade, the colors and patterns displayed on each item may differ slightly but not in a dramatic way. When you purchase an Iyana Ki item, you are truly making a one-of-a-kind fashion statement.
Are your garments 100% silk?
Our silk robes are Uzbek Ikat Adras. Adras is an 80% silk and 20% cotton blend. Adras is the customary silk blend used in Uzbekistan because it guarantees a soft silky premium feel with structural integrity. The designs are called Ikat, which is a term for a fabric that is hand-dyed using a resist dyeing method and either woven by hand or on wooden looms using the century’s old traditions of Ikat weaving. We do not use synthetic materials in our items.
Are your camel wool garments 100% wool?
Yes. Our wool items are 100% Uzbek camel wool and we do not use synthetic materials in our items.
Are your cotton garments 100% cotton?
Yes. Our cotton items from our collections are 100% cotton. Some of our casual branded apparel (ex: T-shirts) are blended cotton. We do not use synthetic materials in our items.
Are your cashmere garments 100% cashmere?
Our cashmere scarves are 60% cashmere and 40% cotton blended. This blend guarantees a soft premium feel with structural integrity. We do not use synthetic materials in our items.
Can I machine wash the robes, cardigans, scarves, etc.?
No. All garments must be taken to a professional for dry-cleaning.
Will the garments ever fade?
No. If you follow the specified washing directions, your items will sustain their color and integrity. All garments must be taken to a professional for dry-cleaning.
Where do you source your materials?
All materials are sourced locally from Uzbekistan, Bhutan, Nepal, Thailand and a few other countries specified on our casual apparel tags.

Are Iyana Ki items religious in any way?
All Iyana Ki products are the artisanal outcome of regional patterns with cultural significance, stylized with a modern touch. For example, our signature Uzbek items are artistic expressions influenced by cultures from Uzbekistan, Turkic ethic groups and the wider Central Asian region. Likewise, our items from Bhutan, Nepal, Thailand and any of our collaborating countries are culturally and regionally inspired. However, our items aren’t religious garments.
Can I customize items?
Now, we do not offer customizable items. However, you may contact us for special requests, and we are open to your requests.
Do you give discounts and promotions?
Iyana Ki does not offer discounts. However, purchase our items directly from IyanaKi.com to get the best prices.
What forms of payments do you accept?
Iyana Ki has partnered with Square and PayPal to securely facilitate all customer payments and financial transactions conducted on our site. Any US-issued and most internationally issued magstripe or chip cards bearing a Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, or UnionPay logo.
Do I pay for the product shipment?
No. You enjoy free shipping with Iyana Ki.
What do I do if I don't receive my package?

How do I return an item for replacement/refund?
Iyana Ki does not make refunds, but we do accept exchanges for items that are damaged. Damaged items are defined as holes and tears, and not inconsequential loose threads from our handmade products. Further, Iyana Ki does not assume responsibility for damaged items because of FedEx shipping. However, in cases where items were damaged during shipment, Iyana Ki will assist customers with receiving compensation from FedEx (all items have shipping insurance). For exchange cases, customers must take the following steps:

Make your exchange claim within 48 hours of receiving the item. Please be sure to include pictures as proof.

Mail the item back to Iyana Ki within 48 hours of the acceptance of a product inspection (FedEx Priority Shipping only). This shipment cost will be reimbursed along with the product exchange pending the approval.

Email Iyana Ki the tracking number and a legible scanned copy or photo of the receipt of the shipment.

Please be advised that the replacement product will be shipped to the customer within 72 hours of the inspection of the returned product if the claim is confirmed as legitimate. In cases where inventory doesn't permit an exchange of a product, 100% of the product's selling price will be returned to the customer.
Do you have a brick and motor location?
No. Iyana Ki operates 100% online. We are currently considering physical expansion.
In which countries do you sell and deliver your items?
Iyana Ki sells and delivers its items to the US. We look forward to expanding internationally soon. If you are interested in purchasing our items but reside outside the US, please contact us for consideration.

Further, we believe that how we conduct ourselves is as critical to Iyana Ki's success as making awesome fashion products for our customers. We choose not to do business with large factories; instead, we partner with smaller family-owned businesses to customize our products mostly by hand and limited machine use. All silk, cashmere, cotton, and wool materials are sourced and produced locally in Uzbekistan, Bhutan, Nepal, etc... Iyana Ki is involved in every step of the supply chain and production process to ensure quality and ethically made items. We are proud to say that your purchase is the outcome of fair trade.
